Peeling (Thickly) Box Packaging Made in Japan
Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan, is famous for metalworking.
These are original “wood × metal” products manufactured by our woodworking company.
This peeler features a design that was commonly used in Japan during the Showa era, which spanned from 1926 to 1989.
The wooden parts are made of "Japanese magnolia," and the metal parts are made of "the same steel used in kitchen knives."
This variety has thick-peeling skin.
Even in Japan, peelers that can remove thick layers of skin are becoming harder to find.
This peeler is ideal for daikon radishes with ridges.
Please be sure to give it a try.

※After use, wash by hand with dish soap or a similar product, then thoroughly wipe off any moisture with a dish towel or similar cloth, let it dry completely, and then store it. Storing it while it’s still wet can cause mold to grow.
※Please do not use dishwashers or dish dryers. Doing so may cause damage.
